If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To Start a Return
a) Email info@pacificpowersports.com
b) Provide the reason for return.
c) Invoice number or a copy of the invoice.
d) An RA # will be issued.
e) Ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx with a tracking number to:

Packaging / Shipping a Return
a) Product must be enclosed in the original packaging. This includes all boxes, bags, header cards and clam-shells.
b) Original packaging that has been torn or damaged will not be accepted. These items are no longer in new condition.
c) All parts and instructions must be included.
d) Pack returns securely to prevent damage in transit. Product that is used or damaged will not be accepted.
e) Include a copy of the invoice or all contact information.
f) Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds

a) Product must be returned within 30 days from delivery date.
b) Product must be brand new, with no use, and all tags/instructions in the original packaging.
c) Test boot fitment by wearing them on carpet, not outside, or after a test ride.
d) All product will be inspected. Used and damaged product will be returned to the customer.
e) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
f) Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
